Jelly jam jars

SERVES 4-6

PREP TIME – 5 MINUTES

CHILLING TIME – 2 HOURS

 

Ingredients –

1 litre fruit juice

2 sachets gelatine powder

Selection mixed berriesjelly jam jars - puff pastry - courgette and proscuito straws

200ml double cream, lightly whipped

 

Method –

  1. Pour the fruit juice into a small saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the gelatine powder and whisk into the hot juice.
  2. Continue to heat until totally dissolved, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour into a selection of glasses or jam jars and place in the fridge until set – at least 2 hours.
  4. Decorate the jelly with mixed berries and good dollop of cream.
